The data we process
When you contact us or register your interest, we may process your first name, last name, company, position, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile and message content. The data comes directly from you.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to respond to you, manage requests, events or collaborations, and send communications you have requested. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis may be your pre-contractual request, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent.
Recipients and transfers
Data is handled by authorized ED Consulting personnel and technical providers, following our instructions only. For cloud services, transfers take place with the safeguards provided by Law No. 124/2024. We do not sell your data for marketing.
Retention period
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose, the professional relationship and statutory retention periods. Data based on consent is deleted or deactivated when consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis applies.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data. We respond to requests within 30 days.
Communications and HR for GREEN
Invitations and newsletters are sent only with your prior consent. You may withdraw consent at any time. Photographs may be taken at events for our communications. Your image is published only in accordance with the applicable basis and the information provided to participants.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses only essential technical technologies to function and remember your choice for up to 12 months. They are not used for advertising. We do not currently use analytics tools. If introduced in the future, they will be enabled only with your prior consent.
